OPRD describes park hosts as volunteers. Hosts must be at least 18, pass an annual criminal background check and an annual driver's records check, and follow the Host Program's policies. OPRD says hosts are provided an RV site, that full hookups are available but can vary by park, and that hosts also receive an annual state parks parking pass.
