2027 LePage Park Campground Host - John Day Lock and Dam

LePage Park is located at the confluence of the John Day and Columbia Rivers just five miles from Rufus, Oregon, and the John Day Dam. Popular activities include boating, world-class fishing, and swimming. Duties include visitor services and light maintenance of grounds and facilities. LePage Park has 22 RV/Tent sites and 20 walk-in tent sites (weekends only) as well as a day-use area with a swim beach, boat launch and picnic area. Normal temperature range for the month of July is 58° to 91°F though temperatures in the upper 90’s or higher are not uncommon, though generally of short duration. Target schedule is working 5 days on with 5 days off alternating with another camp host.

RV Campsite with electric, water and pump out service for holding tanks provided in exchange for minimum of 32 hours worked per week for a couple and for minimum 20 hours worked per week for an individual.
