By accessing or using HitchPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
HitchPath is a platform that connects RV enthusiasts with campgrounds, RV parks, boondocking locations, volunteer opportunities, and workamping jobs. We offer both free and Pro subscription tiers with different feature sets.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
HitchPath Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks premium features including early access to job listings, multi-stop trip planning, and unlimited saves. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Employers who post job listings are responsible for the accuracy of their postings. HitchPath reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines, contains false information, or is deemed inappropriate.
You agree not to: scrape or systematically download data from HitchPath; post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the proper operation of the service.
HitchPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of park, campground, or job listing data. Always verify information directly with the property or employer before making decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitchPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of HitchPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
