This Halloween, add some honks to your haunts.
Treat yourself to a morning of removing invasive species with our partners Friends of Dyke Marsh! Even on such a spooky day, nothing's scarier than seeing this rich wildlife preserve overrun with non-native vegetation, but with your assistance, we can easily carve it up.
Meet at the Haul Road Trailhead at 10:00 AM, where Friends group leaders will hand out something better than candy: all the gear you'll need! (Though feel free to bring your own). Please refrain from costumes and instead wear clothes that protect against thorns/poison ivy.
