This position is to recruit Preventative Search and Rescue (PSAR) volunteers to work in both districts of Saguaro National Park. The park practices PSAR through foot, horse and bike patrols, with the aim of enhancing visitor experience in the park, educating visitors on how to better prepare for their planned activities and preventing visitor injury and illness. If selected, this position requires roughly 40 hours of training before volunteers are able to represent the park on trails.
