Come join us Saturday November 21st from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Rock Creek Park for a fun, outdoor volunteer opportunity! No prior experience or skills are necessary for this event.
Rock Creek Park is a nearly 1,800-acre park located in northwest DC, providing a natural escape from the urban city surrounding it. We will be focusing in the area around Picnic Grove 6, working to remove a variety of invasive plant species.
We will meet at Picnic Grove 6 by the picnic tables around 10 minutes before the event starts. This gives everyone enough time to sign in and get situated!
What to Bring
Please wear long pants, long sleeves, and closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots are recommended). Make sure to bring your own water!
