Park Volunteer - Thomaston/Northfield/Black Rock Dams

Reliable volunteers needed to perform cleaning of public parks and restrooms at 3 small recreation areas (operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), in beautiful Thomaston, CT.

Volunteers required to work a minimum of 20 hrs/wk, approximately May – September in exchange for full hook up RV site. Work consists of cleaning restrooms and litter pick-up/inspection of recreation areas for approximately 3 hours each day. Schedule has alternating weeks with other volunteers. USACE will provide all necessary work equipment. Driver’s License, Background Check and Fingerprinting required. Drug-Free site.
