2027 Assistant Housekeeping Lead

Location: Williams/Exit 167/Circle Pines KOA Resort – Williams, Arizona />Position Type: Full-time, seasonal. Dates are somewhat flexible. />Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour, with higher pay possible based on experience Position Summary Circle Pines KOA Resort is looking for an organized, dependable Assistant Housekeeping Lead to serve as second in command of our housekeeping department. This is a hands-on position that combines daily cleaning responsibilities with team coordination, inventory management, inspections, and support for the Housekeeping Lead. Our housekeeping team is responsible for: 14 rustic one- and two-room cabins 6 lodges of various sizes 6 Conestoga wagons 3 glamping tents 3 tipis 4 bathhouse facilities Guest laundry and other assigned public areas Primary Responsibilities Help organize daily assignments and clearly communicate priorities to the housekeeping team. Work alongside the team to clean accommodations, bathhouses, laundry facilities, and public areas. Inspect completed work and help ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. Track cleaning supplies, guest amenities, towels, blankets, and other department inventory. Keep the housekeeping laundry and storage room clean, stocked, and organized. Help receive, count, organize, and prepare linens provided by our linen service. Assist the Housekeeping Lead with scheduling, training, team communication, and special projects. Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, and supply needs promptly. Help oversee daily operations and support the team when the Housekeeping Lead is unavailable. Qualifications and Physical Requirements Housekeeping experience is preferred. Leadership, scheduling, or team-coordination experience is helpful. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to provide respectful direction while working alongside the team. Weekend and holiday availability during the season. Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday and frequently bend, reach, lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, laundry, and equipment.
