Customer Service in A Great Way

The Spearfish Black Hills KOA is searching for work camping duos who want to have fun while providing excellence in guest service. Front Desk reps will make reservations, check guests in, clean, price and stock the camp store as well as other assigned duties. And, smiling is essential along with courteous service! The Outside Maintenance team is responsible for escorting our guests and ensuring guests are parked properly and happy with their site; lawn and pool maintenance, cleaning outside buildings, some laundry and knowledge of equipment operation is valuable. And, smiling is essential to both positions, along with courteous service!
