We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our campground team. This position is responsible for keeping the campground, facilities, grounds, equipment and guest areas safe, clean, functional and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who enjoys working outdoors, can lead a small maintenance team and takes pride in providing a great experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and staff. Perform routine inspections of campground facilities, cabins, restrooms, utility areas, buildings and grounds. Complete preventative maintenance and repairs as needed. Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping and general facility issues. Maintain campground roads, sites, buildings, equipment and common areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest related issues. Prioritize work orders based on safety, urgency and campground operations. Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles and maintenance supplies. Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies or parts need to be ordered. Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and according to applicable regulations. Assist with seasonal opening, closing and campground improvement projects. Train, schedule and provide direction to maintenance staff. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work areas. Work closely with campground management and other departments to keep daily operations running smoothly. Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, property maintenance, or related experience strongly preferred. Supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical and grounds maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb and perform physical maintenance duties. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work weekends, holidays and occasional on-call shifts as campground operations require.
