This position is seasonal in nature, beginning in April/May 2027 extending until September/October 2027. Start and end dates are flexible. This position is for volunteers living in an RV who would live on the refuge at no cost in exchange for their time spent maintaining/supporting the Rhode Island National Wildlife Refuge Complex. A minimum of 32 hours (4 days) per week per volunteer is required. The position can be filled by 1-2 volunteers in an RV. Volunteers will be expected to work weekdays and some weekends/holidays.

While at the Refuge, volunteers must comply with Refuge regulations, which means that dogs are not allowed.
