Palo Alto Native Nursery

Palo Alto is hard at work restoring the natural landscape of the historic battlefield. Come help in our nursery where we will be growing Gulf Cord Grass and other natives! This position will be supervised by at least one volunteer coordinator.

General Duties:

• Watering Plants
• Splitting cord grass
• Seed collecting
• Weeding
• Transplanting

Please bring:

• Refillable water bottle
• Hat or cap
• Sunscreen
• Bug spray

We will provide:

• Gloves
• Reflective vests
• Eye protection
• Shovels and Spades
