- Office Help: • Customer Service & Communication: Welcoming guests, answering phone calls, handling check-ins/check-outs, and resolving complaints with patience. • Reservation Software & Computers: Navigating property management or booking systems (such as CampLife), processing cash and card transactions, and keeping accurate logs. • Organization & Multitasking: Managing camp store retail sales, sorting mail, handling gift certificates, and tracking daily arrival/departure lists.
- Maintenance Help: Maintenance & Grounds Skills • Basic Trades & Repairs: Understanding general carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, and general handiwork. • Equipment Operation: Using mowers, weed-eaters, chainsaws, golf carts, power tools, and hand tools safely. • Facility Sanitation: Cleaning bathhouses, cabins, and shared public areas using proper cleaning agents and safety protocols. • Site & Asset Upkeep: Inspecting vacant campsites, handling propane refills, performing trail or lawn maintenance
