Workkamper Couple: Guest Services Rep/Maintenance

The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. Accommodate campground guests by registering, keeping proper record of occupied sites, making, and confirming reservations and collecting payments. Cleaning. Activity coordinating possible. The GSR maintains a clean, well-stocked and organized store. The Maintenance Representative (MR) is responsible for the general maintenance, operation and upkeep of the campground buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds. They will commonly work with a team to ensure all aspects of the campground are clean, safe, and well-maintained and in good working order. The MR may perform general carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing work as needed. They are also responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
