Outreach and Education Volunteer Post Description
Honouliuli National Historic Site is looking for a minimum of 15 volunteers who will work with park staff as a member of the Outreach and Education Team. Volunteers must be physically able to conduct the work outlined and work in extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, high humidity, etc.), be able to stand and talk for several hours, and have a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and customer service skills.
The work includes but is not limited to:
Because of the nature of scheduling classroom visits, table events, and other community festivities that the park may be involved in throughout a calendar year, volunteers must have a flexible schedule to participate. Volunteers are expected to participate in a minimum of 6 events throughout the year.

Training and orientation will be provided before your first workday and will count as volunteer hours.
