Do you love the outdoors and enjoy connecting with people? Become a Trail Ambassador and help visitors have a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience at Kennesaw Mountain!
As a Trail Ambassador, you’ll:
🗺️ Hike with Purpose – Rove through various sections of the park, greeting visitors and offering maps, trail guidance, and helpful information about the park’s natural and historical resources.
📣 Promote Safety & Stewardship – Share important safety tips and encourage responsible use of trails and park areas.
🎤 Support Park Programs – Assist with interpretive and educational programs throughout the park, helping to bring history and nature to life.
🌟 Expand Your Impact – Trail Ambassadors may also participate in additional educational opportunities, supporting the park’s mission to inform and inspire visitors of all ages.
🌦️ Be Weather-Ready – Volunteers should be comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather—hot, cold, humid, or rainy.
This is a perfect role for friendly, active individuals who want to combine their love of hiking with meaningful public service. Your presence on the trails helps create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for everyone who visits.
