Work Kamper Couples: Front Office, Housekeeping, Grounds & Weekend Events

Winona KOA Holiday is looking for friendly, dependable work kamper couples to join our team for the season. Each person works about 20 hours a week in exchange for a site. Tell us which roles fit you best: Front Office: check guests in and out, answer phones and messages, take bookings and payments, and help solve guest issues. Housekeeping: keep bathrooms, cabins, and the store clean, and turn over cabins after guests leave. Outside Maintenance: mow and care for the grounds, check sites and common areas, and handle basic plumbing and electrical fixes. Weekend Events Host: Run weekend guest activities and help create the fun, welcoming feel that brings families back. We want self-starters who can work on their own, stay calm when things get busy, and make every guest feel heard and valued. Weekends, holidays, and some evenings are required. All roles report to the On-Site Manager.
