Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the general maintenance, operation, and upkeep of the campground’s buildings, facilities, equipment, vehicles, and grounds. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership, dependability, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Perform general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and mechanical repairs. Maintain and repair campground buildings, facilities, cabins, equipment, vehicles, and grounds. Install and maintain fixtures, equipment, appliances, and other facility components as needed. Perform mowing, weed control, landscaping, and general outside maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, cabins, facilities, vehicles, and equipment. Maintain compliance with the campground’s preventative maintenance program. Ensure heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and other systems are functioning properly. Respond to guest requests and complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
