Theodore Roosevelt NP Juniper Campground Host August 2026 - Sept 2026

Theodore Roosevelt National Park protects 70,000+ acres between three units of the park with 700,000 visitors annually.

This opportunity will be located in the Juniper Campground in the North Unit of the park, 5 miles from Highway 85. The closest city is Watford City, ND. Juniper Campground has 50 sites for tent and RV campers. Reservations for all sites is required and can be made on recreation.gov. Bison and deer are known to frequent the campground. Cell phone signal is extremely limited in the campground but can be found a short distance away.

Power/Water hookups are available for the campground host. Water is generally turned on in the campground in mid-May, however that is weather dependent.
