We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated On-Site Maintenance Person to oversee the upkeep and daily operations of two local RV parks. This is a Full-Time "Workamper" position requiring the employee to live on-site in their own RV. You will work a standard schedule of 30 hours per week performing routine maintenance, safety checks, and grounds upkeep, and must be available to respond to occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven, hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, septic systems, and handyman repairs. · Previous experience with pool maintenance and chemical balancing. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multitask, and manage time effectively between two properties. · Strong troubleshooting skills.
