Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail- Visitor Center Volunteer

The volunteer will work at the Lewis and Clark NHT visitor center within the Midwest Regional Office for the National Park Servicev and provide information and guidance to visitors. Information includes points of interest, weather, natural and cultural resources, and other general information about the trail. Additionally, the volunteer will be expected to work as a team with park rangers and other volunteers to ensure an excellent visitor experience.

Duties also include:

· Providing customer service in person and over the phone. Will be able to transfer calls, or forward information to the appropriate persons.

· Assist with programs and issuing Jr Ranger program books and badges.

· Keep brochures stocked, desk area clean, and free from clutter.
