2026 Event Support Volunteer

The Event Support volunteer will support park rangers and staff in the planning, preparation, execution, and clean0up various special events throughout the year. The volunteer will be responsible for and perform duties related to event logistics support, interpretation and safety.

Duties include:

• Support event setup, logistics, and crowd management
• Assist with visitor orientation and informal interpretation
• Help operate the Volcano Discovery Center during events
• Collect visitation data and assist with bookstore sales as needed
• Promote visitor safety and communicate effectively with team members
