Maintenance Supervisor - San Antonio Alamo KOA Holiday

What You'll Do Supervise and assist maintenance staff and groundskeepers in daily operations. Prioritize, assign, and complete maintenance work orders and repair requests. Troubleshoot and repair campground electrical, plumbing, mechanical, irrigation, and facility systems. Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs. Lead maintenance and landscaping improvement projects. Maintain tool, equipment, and supply inventories. Ensure compliance with safety policies, health regulations, and KOA standards. Maintain required certifications, including Propane Manager certification. Communicate daily operational updates and maintenance needs to the General Manager. Help recruit, train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members. Deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest concerns and maintenance requests. Participate in after-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency maintenance needs as required. What We're Looking For Minimum two years of supervisory experience in maintenance, facilities management, construction, hospitality maintenance, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repair systems. Proven leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, work on uneven terrain, and perform physical labor. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to travel locally by automobile when necessary.
