Step back into homesteading life by helping with traditional candle dipping. Volunteers will learn the historic process of creating candles and how this everyday task connected to household routines, resourcefulness, and daily life on the homestead.
No prior experience is needed, and all training, tools, and guidance will be provided on site. This is a drop in opportunity. Using the Volunteer.gov application allows you to complete paperwork in advance and track your service hours, but advance registration is not required to take part.
