Visitor Engagement Volunteer (VEV)

A Visitor Engagement Volunteer (VEV) is a park volunteer who works intentionally to provide information and resources to the public in coordination with the interpretive team. Currently, VEVs participate in once-monthly tabling events where they engage with park visitors, offering Junior Ranger books, B.A.R.K. Ranger materials, ranger-led program flyers, and recruit new volunteers to the existing program. The VEV program is a fulfilling way to increase the public awareness, safety, and stewardship of CRNRA.
